Mage/Dark Wizard Op Op Water Mage [ No Mythic ]

I haven't made a Class Build thread at all (or any thread at all) lately, so bare with me.

Min. Level - 95

Spoiler: Armour

Helmet - Third Eye - Mana Regen + Intelligence + A bit of Spell Damage
Chestplate - Soul Signal - Nice Spell Damage if high-roll'd. If you want a more defensive option, use Aquarius, soul signal does more damage
Leggings - Dark Channeler - Mana Regen, Spell damage and Water Damage. What else do you need?
Boots - Riverflow - Mana Regen and Water Damage

Spoiler: Weapons

Requiem - Spell Damage, Mana Regen and Water Damage + higher base water damage than Lunar Spine. If you have it, feel free to use a Lament.

Spoiler: Accessories

Rings - 2x Chlorine - Spell & Water Damage
Necklace - Royal Stormy Amulet - Intelligence, Water Damage & Mana Regen
Bracelet - Squid Anklet - Mana Regen + Water Damage

Spoiler: Powders

Just slam water powders on everything. Ignore the thunder defence drop-off. This is an offensive build.

Spoiler: Analysis

Meteors do from about 3K - 8K damage. 8.8K Health. ~11/4 Mana Regen (can wary on the IDs). Those matter the most, right?

Spoiler: Approximate Cost

Third Eye - If you want a good one, around 20LE
Soul Signal - Good ones cost around 16LE iirc
Dark Channeler - 8LE? Not good with prices
Riverflow - 8LE too, I guess, if you want high IDs

Requiem - No one probably selling these, finding one in a loot chest would be easier

Chlorine - Not more than an LE, it's a unique
Squid Anklet - 8-14LE
Royal Stormy Amulet - Just do the WynnEx. storyline.

Powders - All T4: 10LE, All T5: 40LE, All T6: 160LE which is a bit over 2 stacks

Total - 74LE to 230LE (All T4 Powders - All T6 Powders)

Give me your feedback and opinion so I can improve this. Don't suggest super expensive and late game stuff tho.

 

I think that damage matters the most can you make a build with no mythic that di a ton of damage

 

This build is made around the Requiem, not the Lament, I just threw it in there if people want to use it

I believe you spelled 'bear' wrong.

 

Id take Capricorn over river flow if you're going. Offensively maybe memento.

 

I tested it a few times, with Memento I deal less damage that with the Riverflow.

Capricorn sure is better, but too end-game. I'll make an end-game version of this build later tho.

 

just saying, a squid anklet goes for 8-14LE
