    I've noticed recently some avatars face to the left, while others face to the right. I'm a staunch right-facing avatarist, as it makes it feel like my post is a speech bubble. I would like to hear others opinions on this.

    Why is your avatar facing in the direction it is?

    The picture of Ronald Weasely was facing right when I downloaded it. The image of the Cotton Candy stall was actually facing left originally, I rotated it to match Ronald's face.
