Tol Xp Problems

So today I carried my lvl 40 class through the ToA in hopes of getting many levelups, I had 1% xp on it and when i finally completed the quest this happend


ONLY 1 LEVEL UP!!!!!!

I looked at xp chart after seeing that everything was not right and looking at the amounts I should have gained multiple level ups instead of 1

So was the game changed so that you cant get more than 1 level from a quest, also Im not asking for my xp here Im rather just bringing this up to find out if it is a bug or a feature.

 

You arent supposed to finish it at lvl 40 so you get less xp lul

 

They made it so you don't level up from 40 to 70 in one quest, hmm?

 

Im kinda disappointed but atleast i got 8 le.

Well; I actually did ToA at level 59 and got 10 levels.

No. What's dumb is that you could get 10 lvls from one quest.

 

Again most players can't even do that at that level

 

People shouldn't be able to do it at any lvl, that's just too op.

 

K guess we can't do it at lvl 75

Is it safe to do around lv 45 till 55 ?
