    I cant watch the video, but looking at the pause screen it looks like the Ocean Goblin Village. The only real important thing is the accessory merchant

    There's also a bandit camp in the Llevigar plains. Judging by the level of the island, that's the intended source.

    My theory:

    Goblins took over the island, killed everyone (due to 2 block bed and ruined notes) and use their bodies as a disguise. However, their is a sign of overgrowth in the island, and there is no food in production. So the goblins cannot live in the island
