    has anyone seen this relic before? Looking online and in the forums I could not find it. -1312, -5175. Also, Plz respond if you figured out the puzzle.

    I think it's that water relic with the lilypad puzzle.

    You can look it up for the solution.

    I figured it out. It says Blue powder 5, but only gave me a powder 3. :(

    A powder 3 from the relic is actually quite good, I don't think you can get 4,5 or 6, it would be to op

    Not sure about T5 relics, but there is a 50% chance to get T4 powders from T6 Relics

    You can get every powder up to the tier of the relic shrine. Just really rare.
