    You need to complete the boss altar below the village. There is even a quest that teaches you to use it The Passage mabye wait till then to try it? People generally say it's hard for its level

    I recommend getting some help. I did it at level 62 and utterly died to the boss's multihit. Eventually a level 100 helped me get the beads.

    Another thing: I hope you don't like the texture of the mask too much. It switches to steve once you relog.
