    The leaf is located in a cave right below the Jungle Village area. Go down the wooden steps in the village (with the vampire bats) and when you reach the bottom there should be a cave with several small zombie mobs. Go all the way into the cave and the leaves should be on the ground.

    There is actually a NPC on the path to Dernel from the Jungle Village that talks about it and where to find it. Its right behind the shaman dude. Big cave with lots of Fetishes
