    I found an item called Ghostly Essence. what is it and does it have significance?

    I found it by the cave to ToA

    What is what? All I see are two healing potions, a bow, the normal last three inventory items, normal levels and a cave.

    Well I can definitely see why you are having a problem. A few minutes ago there was a thumbnail with a picture of a cave. Now... its gone?

    The item is used for the boss altar near the House of Twain, right next to Wynn Excavation Site B. I'm not sure how many you need, though.
