Mate low level legendary accessories are hard to find you know just like concentration.

 

Yeah but tbh noone really uses master. Concentration is more commonly used as it serves good for mana regen.
Master can be easily replaced later on.

Would a maxed jester bracelet, 33xp/33loot be worth anything? Also wondering what a maxed chestnut is worth compared to a 1/30

 

Chestnuts generally go for 20 le~ but most people sell them lower. I think you can sell a maxed 2 - 3 le more than a 1/30.

Yes, not as much as before though with the jester nerf, maybe 4-8 le with the right buyer.
A max chestnut is usually about 2-5 le more than a 1/30
