Serious What Else Can I Do...?

Alright. So I've been trying to get a resolution from the Wynncraft team for over a half a year now, and I wish I was exaggerating. It's about the infamous Cloud Particle glitch resulting in them putting up the letters particles. I've made countless support tickets, in which they just sign as duplicate and let it delete itself without any actual response. I've skimmed through the existing github tickets and also found nothing of note. My last support ticket response was on August 18th of this year, and it was me adding in additional info. I've tried to contact Moderators and Admins in-game to almost no response. I purchased the cloud particles over a year ago, but they were broken then. I've been waiting a little over 6 months for an explanation and/or info on when it'll be fixed or if it will. I figured "Hey, if it's not going to be fixed anytime soon I can just buy different particles or use some of the VIP effects until it is! I've just gotta wait and see what they say!". But they've decided to just give me little responses like "I'll tell an Admin", "Make a support ticket", "It's being worked on", or "Contact [email protected]" for the longest time. And now time has ran out. Due to this I can no longer buy new particles and am stuck with what I have now, some VIP effects and a broken one. I even thought they'd understand enough to trade it for another set of particles to at least compensate me. I mean, I know it was a willing donation and T&C of purchase and all of that, but you'd think they would at least do that after making me wait this long. Nope, nothing. RIP.

I bet you're wondering the point of this, well to put it simply. I'm just ranting a little bit here and hoping that someone from the forums can be of help and point me in the direction of something else I can do to get a resolution because I'm fresh out of ideas. Unless of course I might as well just give up. That's pretty much it. A rant and request of insight. Nothing else.

P.S. Cloud particles are not the same as Smoke particles. Smoke particles have circling smoke, while Cloud particles have the player emit slowly falling white clouds, or at least they did.

 

Or... you know you can be glad... at least you can run particles....

hmm....have you tried turning off particles in minecraft options? That might work. Although that might not even be a problem...because I am a tiny bit confused on what the glitch does. But i know it has something to do with particles, so yea.
