    If its just the door thats closed, then you have to wait because it will open at nighttime. Otherwise you have to describe it more clearly.

    As said above the door will open at nightime. Just keep server jumping until you find a server thats night.

    But if you have over 5 soul points you could use a tp scroll or /kill

    When I was trapped in, I couldn't get out of the balcony because of the placement of blocks.
    On the same server it was nightime multiple times, and yet the door didn't open.
