Freezing Heights is a good farming place, but you have to be lv85+ to go there without dying. As mentioned before, lower level players will get the most benefit out of this, while the higher level players will most likely grind elsewhere for xp/legendaries/chance at a mythic.

Also, I have been to Freezing at lv 56 on Mage, gives around 700 xp a kill, and generally doesn't yield as much as if you were a higher level (such as a lv 88 Knight) and personally I wouldn't recommend it. However, it certainly is possible.

 

Freezing Heights will drop a lot for players around lv80-100. Lv56 players won't receive as much because they are much farther away from the respective mob level. It would be suggested to grind in Herb Cave since you'll get more drops and xp there.

Or, you could follow this guide and go dive for treasure. You can make a lot of emeralds doing that at your level.
