    I'm trying to get a horse in Tervanees, but noooo
    Damn Enkser tells me I have to talk to him to get a horse, but when I do, he has a quest for me which requires L-34...
    Help...

    You have to get to level 34 and finish the quest before you can get a horse by yourself. If you would like a horse beforehand, buy one from a player.
