    /guild attack
    wait 5 minutes or something
    pray it doesnt glitch
    if it doesn't, kill all the mobs and then you've won a territory

    Guessing that you have a guild (considering you asked this question). Good luck with it!

    The Gavel territories are glitched. You should just forget about them for now and attack some Wynn territories.
