@tyler_gumeson you can get to level 74 and get Bob's Mythic Bow. there are free boss services in the planning parlour such as @psycholate's, @Lord Helmchen's and @Kawaii__Turtle's.

There's the Reincarnation quest for lvl 74, where you fight Bob and get lvl 75 Bob's Mythic Bow. Bob is super hard to kill, but there are free boss services.

I'm saying take boss services on the Planning Parlour section, the first 3 services are free (and they are the people i talked about above)

 

Basically what @Ryc is saying you don't need to kill him you can hire people to kill him for you

 

As @Ryc said. There are threads in the Planning Parlour where you can hire boss services for free. One of them is mine and I can help you with Bob if we find a time when we can meet.
