Having near-perfect thorns and reflection (21-98% each), above-average explosion (15-65%), and good mana (1/4s - 3/4s) in trades in for the lack of health. I think they sell quite well, but due to recent balance on players, I'm thinking they had their price drop, despite doing 50% more damage to mobs with thorns/reflection. They were commonly used for thorns/reflection builds, which mostly all of us were irritated before the changes affecting players.

I happen to own one with 85% thorns, 86% reflection, 3/4s mana, and 35% explosion that cost 48 LE, before the changes to thorns and reflections affecting mobs and players. You can make an offer to it, if you want. I don't really use it anymore, when I changed my warrior build.
