Mage/Dark Wizard [earth/thunder] Gaia Build

Hi everyone! Time for another one of my shitty builds! This one is a earth/thunder Gaia Mage build, which focuses on melee damage, poison and being overall filthy. First I'll go on to the pros and cons.

Pros
-incredible melee dps
-high thunder and earth damages
-decent hp, around 9500hp
-positive thunder and earth defenses
-poison

Cons
-water, air and fire elemental defenses are shit.
-spells aren't effective
-somewhat squishy
-slow walk speed

Skill Points
95 Strength
103 Dexterity

Let's get right into the gear!

Weapon: Gaia (2 thunder powders)

Helmet: Cancer (2 thunder powders and one earth)
Try to get at least 12+ attack tiers with this one. High poison would be great too.

Chestplate: Taurus (2 earth powders and one thunder)
Don't have more than -8 attack tiers, and try to look for above 1000 raw melee. The goal is to combine Cancer and Taurus to still have super fast attack speed and do huge damage.
Gaia=slow attack speed, -8 tiers, +12 tiers= +4. Slow attack speed +4 tiers= Super Fast Attack Speed!

Leggings: Post-Ultima (2 thunder powders and one earth)
Post-Ultima will provide the necessary dexterity points to equip Cancer. I also chose this because of the thunder and earth damage boosts.

Boots: Stalagmites (2 earth powders and one thunder)
Ik what you're thinking. Who even uses these? But this thunder/earth pair of boots is perfect for our build. It provides more thunder and earth damage.

Rings: Rycar's Elation
We won't use Acid because you are already super weak to water. These rings provide over 5oo poison anyway.

Bracelet: Ensa's Failure
Thunder/Earth bracelet, that provides more thunder and earth damage as well as around 600 poison.

Necklace: Planet Healer
Even more poison, and as well as some elemental defense. The negative health bonus is just shit though.

Meh... Not bad but Mage isn't exactly a melee class. It would do decent damage but not as much as you'd think

 

If you have a godly cancer and a godly Taurus, you could do an amazing amount of damage. I can deal an average of 1400 damage per hit, with a super fast attack speed. 5k-6k dps with cancer and Taurus alone.

 

Yes I realize this but this build is much to squishy to survive much of anything

 

I have another cancer and Taurus if you want to buy them. They have above average stats.

Just put on statue. All your squishy problems go away, along with your speed.

 

That's true. With zero Intel and mana regeneration, you could still heal sustain if u use it wisely. Take advantage of mage's 12 block attack range
