    So i have just a random selection of gear based off of health gain, you guys have any comment?

    I say its pretty good. Reroll the sage for higher xp, replace the bobs leggings with greaves of honor when you can, and have oluxs wand when you can too. Replace the pelier with high xp/mana regen venison. Otherwise you have solid hp/damage for your level, and great xp.
