No Refund Policy Is Bullshit

    Many of us lost our items due to a bug and got told you lost your items and we can't give it back and it happened to many us, some quitted because losing legendary items while having 15SP is BS.

    Well, it happened to me too and I'm going to share my story. I finally got to my level and decided to change my build, I equipped the rings and the boots, my inventory was full of items including my Echest and my other classes, so I put on the stuff and RESET my skill points and YOU KNOW WHAT? these items disappeared from my inv and didn't appear anywhere, they didn't replace anything, POOF GONE. I wasted countless hours trying to find it in a chest and re-ID it to the max stats possible and what? LOST IT.
    Why have that shitty system? Someone lost their items because of a bug you people couldn't fix or even make sure it exists, my friend lost his entire stuff when he logged back in and he had 13SP when he logged out.

    What are we supposed to do? buy them? I'm broke and don't have anything at all... I'm done.

    No refund policy exists so people don't fake shit and get free items.

    This is to prevent people from lying, there around thousands of people that play Wynn and it would be difficult to see who was lying and who wasn't.

    Is it so hard to understand that this server is very underpaid? More then ever they have low income because eula, glitchs will happen just deal with it and start another class

    The no-refund policy was only enacted after people began to abuse it to get free items by lying.

    Looks like someone needs a chill pill...

    The no refund policy is there to ensure that no one fakes losing items. For example if you say you lost an Az Pure and Cancer and you got the FREE items but didn't have the items beforehand, therefore you've faked it and is counted as abuse, and to my knowledge, abuse of anything, vulgar or bugs, is against the rules . Seems unfair that someone is getting free stuff from abuse and gets away with it, don't you think so?

    A command would be twice as worse and easier to be abused. Just type /refund Az Pure Cancer Statue Gales force, Bobs mythical daggers ect. and you've give yourself stacks worth of items.

    And a little side note, its your items. They're your responsibility to ensure you don't lose them. If you lose them to a glitched, its understandable but these glitches can be tackled. So instead of getting pissed at the no refund system, maybe research on how to avoid these glitches and tackle them.

    Even if there was a refund police, you'd have to record everything so you have a proof that you had those items. Would you do that? Nope probably not.

    Hey no need to give him shit about it, he just lost his items.

    There is more reason why we don't have a refund policy as mentioned people can fake it, along with we simply don't have time to give everyone their items that they lost there are too many people that will abuse it.

    Yes it is unfortunate when items are lost from bugs but if that happens then the best way to go about it is to report it and so we have it on record and can work our way towards fixing it.

    Even if there was a way to detect lies with 100% accuracy, the skill point glitch has made far too many victims for the staff to handle.

    Sure, they may be able to give refunds to 1 player, 5 players, 12 players, heck even 225 players isn't pushing it, but not all 2 million of them.
