Mage/Dark Wizard Help Best Items For Int/def Build?

My mage has an INT/DEF build and I don't want to put points in other stats. I want to make a class that can tank and healspam and be almost unkillable. I'm having trouble finding good items for INT/DEF, all I've really found is the wand Antipode and items that are only for one of the two elements, it seems there are very few INT/DEF items. Any advice on what to use?

(Edit: Ideal items are ones that have decent mana regen as well as decent elemental defense and HP. Don't care at all about HP regen because heal.)

Honestly Third Eye looks better than Sizzling Shawl, that's a really weird item. Negative health regen and no mana regen or steal on a INT/DEF item? Only buff it even gives that would be useful is the spell damage, which Third Eye also provides. Not to mention it's ten levels higher than Third Eye. Is there some way you're supposed to use Sizzling Shawl that makes it work better?

And Hetusol looks good, I'll have to decide if it's better than an Aquarius. Worse mana regen but much more health, and way better elemental defense.

I'm not completely sure with skill point requirements with these items, but here are some suggestions;

Third Eye
Soul Signal
Vaward
Memento
Concentration rings 2/4s x2
Bracelet would be the thing from corrupted infested pit
No idea for neck

 

DEF, not DEX.

 

Soul Signal doesn't work because of the Agility requirement and it doesn't have any mana regen anyway so it's not that good for what I'm going for. Vaward is... interesting, I guess. Memento is really good but I don't know if it's better than using statue to maximize tankiness. Concentration is the kind of ring I've been looking for and wish I knew it existed months ago, I am going to get at least one for sure. Not sure what the bracelet does since I don't know it's name, and I'm currently using Royal Stormy Amulet for my necklace.

 

Ah, didn't know about agility for soul signal. Maybe try the chest plate from galleons graveyard?

I'd say just use the basic water gear with some fire items like 3rd Eye, Hetusol, Vaward and Memento. Concentrations are very good, a Squid Anklet as well. For your necklace, just use Royal Stormy or Royal Blazing if nothing else comes to mind. They're simply... Good.
You might be able to fit in Lament+Monster somehow if you use some high int/def skill bonus gear. Then you'd have good water and fire damage.
Prepare to not deal huge amounts though, because fire/water gives mostly defense and mana.
