    So i was in Selchar, just got off the S.S Seaskipper, and i go talk to the engineer and he mentions that hes from a province that isnt Wynn, Gavel, Dern, or Fruma. A fifth province? He calls it The province of Well. 2016-10-04_13.12.56.png

    its an expression, the engineer talks about corkus, it was a province suggestion by @MrCoffeeTime that became a private joke.
