Warrior/Knight Warrior Storm Surge Build?

Hey Guys,

Need your help by thinking about an Warrior that is based on Water + Air.
The Basics would be

• Walkspeed
• Spell Damage
• Agility

Is a build like this possible for you?
And if you know good weapon / armor pieces for a build like this write them under this
post!

Seven-League Boots or Memento
Cue Stick with water powders
Rings- idk
Bracelet - Reylends Refrain?
Pendant - idk either

 

Cue stick requires 55 dex tho, shouldn't he use Tidebinder?

 

Blue mask would take care of a lot of the sp needed for the cue stick and seven league boots

 

Yeah but he could go 100 agi 98 int for his air/water build, then he wouldn't need to spend anymore skill points.
But I guess it's what he prefers, mana regen + spell damage but less melee damage, or a very slow weapon with pretty good damage and no debuffs.

 

A fast weapon (like Skyfall) would be perfect for me but the meele dam shouldnt be to low

 

I guess you can use Frenzy for a lot of ws and super fast attack speed, Lost Soul for fast attack speed and melee dmg buff or Tisaun's Proof for very fast/super fast attack speed and melee/spell damage buff

 

Or just use

Cumulonimbus
Gale's Freedom
Gemini
Wind Mimic

Hero/tcrack are perfect but very expensive
