Assassin/Ninja Help Wall Breaker Build Help

I recently got a Wall Breaker (It's a pain in the ass) and I wanted a good build. I want to include Mummy's Rag since I can't live without some tier attack speed.

So my requirements:
+2 Tier Attack Speed
Under level 92
No mythics
Don't make me a statue pls, I like to walk normally

If you want to improve my current build, here it is but the only problem with it is that it's slow as shit, but it has amazing melee, and I mean 2.5k - 8k melee.

I know it's over your level, but the chestplate of ineptitude is perfect for this.

 

Keep everything the same but when you hit lvl 98 switch mummy for ineptitude and Aries for mask of rage

Boots for this could be

Mantel walkers: Good defence but honestly I wouldn't choose these. You get these from hive fire merchant

Or

Mud: Boots from lost Santuary with 38% melee. But 200 hp

Or

War chief: IMO best choice for boots but they are mythic. They can get a very very nice 39% melee/earth damage.

 

lol my build rn is shit, but effective. (It'll work out once the assassin levels up, dw)

Right Now:

Aries
Veekhat's Udders
Electrocharge Greaves
Bad Wolf (Don't ask, it gives melee and health regen to counter electrocharge)
Raging Wind x2, (No Bracelet atm), and Autotomized for jewelry.

I Dual wield Wall breaker and Salticidae.. It gives around 100% walkspeed and 7.5k hp. Slow attack speed 1-5k melee.. pretty gud

At level 98:
Aries (MUST HAVE MAX AGILITY BUFF)
Chestplate of Inept
Electrocharge Greaves
Snail Boots
2x Breezehands, Contrail (MAX AGILITY BUFF), Autotomzied (MAX AGILITY BUFF)

Dual wield Wall breaker and Salticidae.

Skill Points: (At Base)

80 65 0 10 39

(Agility buffs will buff it enough to use Salticidae and Breezehands)

My ID's will give me 111 ws, around 10k hp, around 200 hp regen, with super fast attack speed and an estimated 1.5k-6k melee. (I haven't calculated the defenses)
