    What's the use of it in the Wynncraft section when we have the Planning Parlour section?

    Actually I have no idea but my guess is that once there was no Planning Parlour and there was only the tag in the wynncraft section. Then there were too many party requests so they added the Planning Parlour but forgot to remove the tag or didn't care about it still existing. Maybe that's something for the Feedback section.
