Mage/Dark Wizard Help I Need A Good Build That Is Either Rainbow Or Water/earth/(something)

So I'm level 59 and I end up having to reset my skill points sometimes to be able to use items. Luckily this hasn't happened in like 20 levels. But I'm afraid this will probably happen again and I don't really like having to reset skill points a lot because of a certain legendary item I'm going to want to wear. I would like to have a build, preferably rainbow, but hey I'm open to balanced builds that have only three elements or two, or whatever you feel like, as long as water and earth are involved. Just put your ideas below with recommended armor, recommended weapon(s), and possibly even an estimate as for how much it would all cost me. Also since I'm almost 60 I would be perfectly fine with having level 60 items in your recommendation.

Note: If you're asking "why water/earth", that's because I have items that work for a water/earth build (Ragni's Mail and Kelight's Shield (the latter I can't use yet)). But really what I need is a weapon, a helmet, boots, and possibly leggings while I get up to 64.

Oh I didn't know that builds were for high levels (I see people tell me that builds can be used at all levels) and also I'm a noob. :3
