Is This A Broken Cave?

So, I found this cave near the Forgery, and...
...nothing! it seems like it continues downwards, but someone has put this grass in the way.

Now, who did this?

I saw this too, thought someone probably screwed up a world edit.

There's a 2nd one in the big cave in the Savannah, you can find it by going to the river, continuing it till you find a wooden bridge, go in the cave next to the bridge, take the path to the right and it should be near there. Has a ladder to go down but no where else to go.
