Warrior/Knight Help Ideas For Warrior Tank Build

I am thinking of creating my warrior tank build, but need a few ideas on skill builds, items, and accessories.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can be an all-out (Melee/Semi-Spell) tank, like I used to make this build. You can use the following:

Shawl of Gaea
Taurus/Leo
Greaves of the Veneer
Gaia-Hewn Boots/Snail Boots**/Mantlewalkers**

Tisaun's Honour 2x (Defense/Melee)
Bovine Cuff/Justice
Royal Blazing/Dusty Amulet/Founder

Alkatraz
Apocalypse
Guardian*

*If you choose to sacrifice intelligence and focus more on defense.
**Usable for all-out pure melee build.

You can also go full-on tank, but you're not going to do any spell damage, whatsoever. So you'll have to rely on melee. Here's all I know you can wear for an extremely high health, pure tanky build:

Snail Helmet
Leo
Greaves of the Veneer
Statue/Snail Boots (More walk speed than Statue)

Gambler x2? I honestly wouldn't recommend to use this, but there might be alternatives, other than Jester Set.
Clockwork
Royal Blazing Amulet

Praesidium (Requires a whooping 135 DEF)
Guardian (If you cannot make enough DEF for Praesidium)
