My Thoughts On Fruma, Dern, And Ofc, Corkus.

Before you go off how this is all false, This is a theory, so that doesnt matter.
A wynn theory!

Fruma:
(Before Players Arrival, Present)
In my imagination, Fruma would be a place where humans are a master race, and everywhere there are slaves. The slaves would be villagers, while the slavemasters would be humans. However, most humans didnt have slaves, and had a much different life style. Those without salves would be very poor at the point where they would sell their own children for money. A solid 80% of humans would be under some great depression, and were sold to Ragni's army.

What I believe is that Fruma will be a lv75+ place where you must complete all Wynn quests(I will consider Fantastic Voyage to by a Gavel quest) with proof of every quest complete (All quest items that will be ever given, including a Temple Medallion given from ToL(Excluding ToA)). Once you have proven that all of your quests are complete you are allowed to enter Fruma, where a war takes place. It is between East and West Fruma, where one side is evil, who fights for the corrupt (actually corrupt, not nether corrupt) and the other side, who fights for freedom. The national army of Fruma itself is corrupt. When you enter Fruma, youare put into a battle scene and have to fight an army of corrupt soldiers before you actually enter Fruma.

Dern:

I always thought that Dern's entrance was going to be in the Dernal jungle, and I still do. And even though it is already confirmed to be in the abandoned mines, Im sure that dern's entrance will be in the jungle. You see, what is going on in my head is that there isnt an entrance in the mines, but the mines is still corrupt because of how close it is to Dern. And going with this, I believe dern will be lv 60+. Anyhow, the rest that I will say here is that it would be completely desolate, with spirits lost in the place, and very few survivors who are being chased down.

What I think is that dern will be kinda like the death realm. It starts colorful and slowly turns black (Well, quickly) and white ish. It would have tainted trees and wither heads everywhere being lost spirits. As for the lv69 quest, I believe is going to have a pool of water that is in the midst of Dern, and has a small 5 block radius circle of greenery.

Corkus:
(Before Players Arrival,Present.)
What I believe is that the residents of Corkus are dwarves and humans. The dwarves are the engineers and what not, and the humans are workers, like the people who bake, run shops, etc. Together they hold 2 cities together on a striving island.

(During Players Arrival, Future)
I think corkus will be a level 25-ish island, and be hidden. In a strange way, there is a way to see corkus when it actually isnt there, kinda like the thing in Realm of Light. When you come to corkus, you actually appear there, and it is a different realm, and a different time. Also, the way you would find corkus is by going high in the clouds, and go down and it would appear there for you, like the clouds uncover the secret)

I'm the most excited for Corkus, an industrial/steam punk themed province just seems so cool.

It woudlnt be that repetitive. There could be a jungle, a plains, a destroyed city, a volcanic area

 

Basically, Fruma has an oppressive monarchy that keeps magic a secret from the population, and Corkus started as some separatists from Fruma who settled in the ocean, making a nation much more advanced than the other provinces. I'm personally hoping for a steam punk class/reskins when Corkus is released.

 

I always imagined Dern as sort of the "final" province, all we know of is that it's "The Dark Land" with scary stuff, so scary that all history books on it have had the pages ripped out. I imagine Fruma and Corkus will have very similar level ranges to Gavel.

The germans in WWI brought it upon themselves. They started a war out of nothing for what? Land? They could have kept thier own land and there wouldnt be a leader. If WWI didnt happen, WWII wouldnt happen. As simple as the last statement.

 

Thing is I'm level 100 and still haven't done any of those quests beside confused farmer and that was 2 years ago.

 

WWI was actually started due to the alliance system and a hotbed of activity in Austria-Hungary, not land. Germany got involved because it backed Austria-Hungary, and it ended up supplying most of the troops.
WWII happened because of a rise of dictatorships, a worldwide depression, and the Treaty of Versailles, which stirred up mass resentment.

I'm not siding with Germany, mind you. Just fact-checking.

Also, your ideas about the other provinces are intriguing :P

Oh and it was the treaty of Versailles that mainly caused the oppression of the Germans after the war, which the allies put in place. So it's not really the people's fault for going with someone who could bring them out of the huge economic depression they were in. Desperate times can bring out the worst in people ya know.

 

I have spoke to an Engineer npc in sechlar that said Corkus was invite only, so maybe a quest is required to reach it?

 

A) Ok whatever. I still like my idea of dern.
