    My thoughts exactly. I personally thought it might relate to the Nii guardians, as they spawn nearby and this thing had runes on it.

    When I saw F the frist thing I thought of was Fruma, then the P reminded me that Fruma get corrected to Frump.

    Then in all seriousness why are Wynnian runes in a province we only visted this year? Eltom may have something to do with that....
