SPOILER Corrupted Dungeons/time Gate?

DISCLAMER: THIS THEORY DOESNT HAVE TO BE CORRECT. IT IS SIMPLY MY POINT OF VIEW.

These are what im going to be talking about mainly on this theory.
1. Time gate leading to alternate realities?

2.Corrupted wynn = Bob not being born?

3. Other.




1. The door of Time

When I entered the corrupted decript sewers, I was not expecting to see a Cortupted version of wynn.
This lead to many questions

How did we end up here?

Does this have to do with the door of time?

Well, the door of time is interesting, it has been in the history of Wynn since thouands of years, maybe even since the beginning of time,
When Gavel's doors opened so did the door of time's.
But why?

Then corrupted gates appeared.
Were those corrupted gates from an alternate reality?
Possibly. The door of time maybe leads to different versions of our world/timeline.

When I wanted to explore outside the border, (there was barrier blocks sure but) there was a 'force' keeping me.
Do the corrupted dungeon gates give you acess to a certain point in the alternate reality? (In reality its just that the map isnt there)

Yes, but why in dungeons?
Do help defeat the corruption in the alternate reality?


2. Bob never born?

I think the alternate reality was at some point the same as ours
Until the portal spawned.

In the lore it pointed out that Bob was born when that happened.

What if bob's mother failed do give birth and died?
Is this what would of happened?
Then Bob would of never defeated the mobs and the 'Beast' he gave his soul to to trap it.
Is the beast the cause of that reality?
Im no historian in wynn's lore. Ill let the question for you guys.

We also have to ask ourselfs, why did gavel's doors finaly open?
It was because we defeated most of the corruption.

In the alternate reality, for one, The beast is still alive
And we dont know much about the eye..

Gavel's doors must of still be shut and Gavel isnt going to help Wynn because its basicly a dead province. There is still a chance that the mobs broke through.



3. Mobs in the area.


In the corrupted dungeons, there are high level mobs in such a low level place, (bosses)
There is no sign of life inside the borders of the area, that means the weak die and the strong live.
Villagers died, nothing left

Maybe the mobs hid inside the dungeon in fear of another powerfull mob?

In gavel, the only place with a chance of surviving is Sky islands. Most mobs dont fly, so there is where you should refuge if this happens.

This must of had a serious impact on both the future of the provinces and the lore,

EDIT 2:
Seems like the corruption is spreading over the mountains to fruma.. it seems it just happened, if the corruption would of spread when the portal spawned it would of been over the mountains..
So the corruption invaded their world recently?


In addition, the key collector doesn't make any sence?
Its a villager when outside its full of fire and corruption
Should the CT change this?

The time door leads to a futur timeline where the world fell in apocalypse and everything got corrupted and we weren't ready for that and everyone dies exept some survivors and There are no longer life on the surface and every mobs is hidden in the dungeons who got corrupted too and the mobs in got mutated

Did anybody notice how when you go into the corrupted portal for the decrepit sewers, the world around you is corrupt? Just a quick note.

There is one in gavel where we stop the Decay, but idk if it works here

 

It doesn't really match since we're looking after wynn corruption

 

Ok, so with the key collector, I would say it could maybe be something that is good that is born from corruption, that doesn't want the corruption anymore, even thought it was created by it. Bad guy turned gud fam
