Assassin/Ninja Help Water/thunder

Yeah so I want a water/thunder build :D.
I'd like alot of mana regen (15/4+), good spell damage, and decent hp, a bit of life steal/mana steal would also be good. I don't care to much about my normal attack as I will be spamming spells most of the time.
Also Mythics are okay :p, but list an alternative pls xD

That's a very unusual combo. I have not tried this at all, but...

Third Eye is like the best item in the game. Use that okay?

Soul Signal sounds good for thunder-water. Spell damage. A lot of it.

Dark Channeller are the perfect pair of pants here.

For boots, I'd say Memento but you can use something else if you hugely dislike negative life steal.

Tsunasweep is good for your element combo. You can also use Nirvana (if you can afford it).

You might want to consider a Squid Anklet or a Relend's Refrain for your Braclet. Use the one you like better.

Rings... Mmhmh. Concentrations? Suppressions?
