    Never played mage, but Olux is usually the best choice for any class 58-mid 60s.

    Given the sheer level discrepancy and the fact that Olux's Prized Wand is a legendary, it is safe to say that the Olux weapon would be overall better.

    It's up to your preference. I'd recommend a higher focus on intel personally, but that's just my own opinion.
