I got this item from a mob drop, it's not chest exclusive.

 

it's level 94, it's unique and you don't need 32 goddamn les to make it good

It is only a budget replacement if it you could have a level 94 cataclysm build that used a different but cheaper weapon.

 

This is one is 100% earth. Yggdrasil has hints of water. Any pure melee builds could use this as it has more dps overall. The only complaint I would have using this is that there is no neutral damage
