Can You Get 100% Of A Skill Point?

Is it possible to get 100% of a skill point and if so, how many points do you need?

 

technically yes, but you cant get enough points for that

u cant get 100% of a skill point , but u can have enough points for it
it soft cap at 150 skill points

 

not sure but I do know you can only put 100 points in each skill, if you want more than that youll have to get equipment that modifies skill points

equpment can go higher but 150 is max for each skill points , more skill points wont work

I don't think gear requires over 150 but I could be wrong

 

there are some items that require 120 skillpoints

If only, but 100% agility would be op and same with defence, you would take no dmg
