Counteracting Mummy Wrappings?

    So I use the chestplate from "wrath of the mummy" reward, it slows me down SO MUCH, but I appreciate the attack speed it gives (2 tiers up), is there any items I can use to counteract the slow effect? (My Lv. Is 40-45)

    A horse, maybe.
    If you can find the Seven League boots you could get up to 36% but they're a legendary so it's not easy to get a pair.
