Woooo! So I got a bird today c: of course her name is whimsy. She is the bird child of me and @Abandonedbank she screeches A LOT but she's adorable. I hope to post all the pics I have of her on here as time passes. I'm probs gonna set up an Instagram account for her tomorrow. Anyways... Meet whimsy!


Info:

Whimsy is a Blue Parakeet. She is female and was fairly cheap. She does require A LOT of attention though as these birds do get lonely if they don't have another bird. She can be in cold temperatures and has a herbivore diet. She can only have distilled water. She has to have a certain fluffy padding in her cage that doesn't produce dust. Birds have very sensitive lungs, and any dust could lead to an upper respiratory problem. She overall wasn't too expensive with all her necessities, of course I'm going to go get her toys tomorrow so she has something to do when I'm gone @-@

 

Can you teach her to say "Bank"?

 

What type of bird is it and how much did it cost/how much does it cost to take care of it?
Also I really like the blue of its feathers.
But not the murderous look it is giving the camera.

 

Tbh the look and stare that the bird is giving looks like it's gonna pop right out and kill me

Awwww it's adorable. Banks and your bird baby is adorable. On a side note teach it to say Whimsy has more likes than Bank

 

My parakeet froze to death over the winter... she had babies to.

But the bird is just adorable. You should teach it to say "I am far superior to [Bank's irl first name]" (Or just bank is fine).
