Cant Connect To The Server

So today when I came home I wanted to play Wynncraft and i got this message:
could not connect to default or fallback server please try again later java.net.connectexception
With Red Letters.

And I thought maybe the server is down so I tried to join a server called mineplex there it seemed like I can join but then I got the message:
Time Out

So does somebody know what could be the problem and how to fix it because I tried it from another Computer and I could not join from that either and Its only with Minecraft the Internet works fine. I also tried restarting both computers and the internet but it did not work I seen a video to change IP or idk what you had to do in your internet settings and that didnt work either. Is there some serious problems with my WIFI or is this just an error that can be fixed?

MC issues. Just when you enter and see the message, refresh the list or close Minecraft for a few mins.
