Just to note: I have it for PC so I don't think Ican help PS4 players.

I've beaten him on NG+7 in one try. Granted this was technically NG+20, but its still technically the same.

IMO, i think that SOC is harder. Its attacks are faster and you have to change your movesets to adapt to him constantly changing his. Well, until phase 2. Anybody who played DS1 before 3 should know very well what Phase 2 is and how to beat it (DO NOT TRY TO PARRY.)

 

Because it stops at NG+7

 

Yeah. I just say NG+20 to be exact, since its technically Journey 21

 

I beat soul of Cinder with my friend in 2 tries..... It took us like 6-7 to beat Nameless king

 

I think that Nameless is fine if you use a dragonslayer spear in phase 1, since the KOTS is weak to lightning, then in phase 2 try to look at his attacks beforehand. I use him trying to set up falling bolt and lightning storm to punish along with a few other attacks, but i have a more difficult time with SOC because of his agression, which for bosses like Gundyr would be fine because parrying, but you cant parry SOC, SOC parries you. Then again, i mostly play on my NG+7 profile. I usually go for the beat all bosses run every time, so after a while i got used to anticipating NK's attacks. (Or you can be a cheap little fuq and use Dorys' gnawing from range to cheese him. But i dont do that anymore. Not fun.)
