I'm more interested by the fact that you have your minecraft set to Chinese... xD


And the item itself isn't OP. If you look closely, you'll see that it has no neutral or elemental damage AT ALL. SO you're gonna need a few T5-6 powders and a good ID's for the weapon to be decent.

 

Where's the damage? It has zero elemental damage and neutral damage, so isn't it worthless without powders?

 

And that's why you, ya know, put powders on it

 

That's kinda the point
Although you could use it like I use my wybel paw; a trolling weapon that doesn't do real damage
