[bug] Powder Merchant On Crash

    Okay so the server just died a couple minutes ago, and had a slight rollback
    When the server crashed i had just added powders to my chakram
    upon login my chakram and 3 powders had vanished
    YES i know there is no refunds, this is just a report

    Same thing happened to me but with a Quest reward item. hope it doesnt happen again

    It likely rolled back to the point where the chakram and powders were in the NPC, so rip.
