    I want to know how I can get without buying from someone.
    Do I need to do a special Quest/Dungeon or is it just pure luck to find it?

    It's an untradable item. You have to obtain it yourself.

    It's a drop from the boss altar in the Temple of the Legends.

    How rare is it? I did the boss altar a few times and it only dropped emeralds.
