Mage/Dark Wizard Help Any Good Water/air Level 70 Builds?

I need a good water/air build for my mage, with lots of spell damage and mana regen. what are the best items for it?
I currently have:
Mask of Enlightenment
Millennium
Greaves of Honor
Sodeta Boots

I have no good accessories, so suggestions for those would be nice too.

Sodetas are great.
For your wand, get an Ethereal (look for 3 mana regen and preferably over 20% spell damage) or maybe even a Pure (lvl 65 spell damage mythic).
Crystal are the best pants for sure. Try to get ones with 3 mana regen.
Millennium is good, stick with that.
For helmet, I'd probably use a Spectre for spell damage %. Try to get one with ~+25% spell damage.
For accessories, use whatever you can find. Maybe a Royal Stormy/Cyclone amulet?
Stats: Go bananas on intelligence and fill in with agility.

 

For accessories, A full jester set gives +200 spell dmg.

 

A perfect Jester set is quite expensive though. And you need that to not lose all your xp and loot bonus.
If you can find good Jesters with over 25% average loot and over 25% average xp, go ahead.
Otherwise you'll have to take those off while grinding.

Tbh since you are a mage and max hp shouldn't matter too much at that level if you want stick to mask of enlighment
