    If I'm correct, there used to be a /forum command, but it's broken now, and not top priority. I've been a vip+ for months, and haven't been able to add it either :I

    Been VIP+ for nearly a year, pretty sure /forum isn't high on the list of soon-to-be fixes.
    So... For now, you can't, really.
