Assassin/Ninja Semi-poor Man's Water Build

This is a poor man's water build for assassin.

Helmet:

Blue Mask (Looking for a REALLY good one, needing around 15 in each stat for this to work)

Chestplate:

Seagazer (Should have good mana regen. Mine has 3/4)

Pants:

Crystal (Common water build pants, try to get 2/4 to 3/4 mana regen on them.)

Boots:

Memento (Low Lifesteal and High Mana Regen are good.)

ACCESSORIES:

Jester Ring (With HIGH lifesteal to fix Memento's negative lifesteal, extra skillpoints.)

Jester Ring (With HIGH lifesteal to fix Memento's negative lifesteal, extra skillpoints.)

Squid Anklet (Try to get 2/4 Mana Regen, gives mana regen)

Charm of the Vampire (With HIGH Lifesteal to fix Memento's negative lifesteal.)

SKILLPOINTS:

Use your blue mask to get as close as you can to 15 in Strength, Dexterity, and Defense.
If you are below 15 in one of those stats, put skillpoints on there to get to 15.
Then put the rest in Intelligence and Agility.

WEAPON:

Alazarin
with 5 Water Powders

(preferably tier 4+)


-Decent Damage
-Around 7500-8500 HP
-Can practically vanish forever, just gotta go out and let it regen in a few seconds before you can go back into it.
-Can Spam Spells

 

Are you sure this is a POOR MANS build? Looks VERY expensive to me tbh

 

Well, I'm going to defend him here. A blue mask with 15 in all stats us 75 sp, costing around 15-20 le imo. A seagazer with 3/4 mana is I guess 4-6 le, a 2/4 crystal is worth about 6-8 le, 3/4 mementos with average spell are worth maybe 10 le, jester rings would cost 3 le each, same for the squid, and the charm is 1 le. Total about 45 le, maybe not for those extra poor people with nothing but extremely possible for the poor people with decent items/kindapoor people(which he is)

 

No.. this isn't that expensive apart from the powders.

Blue Mask isn't actually needed, you can swap it out for Third Eye.
Seagazer is fine.
Crystal is good, maybe a small lack of health
Memento just finishes this as a regular mage build

As for the accessories, do you really need a squid anklet? You have enough mana regen, so try finding a bracelet
with lifesteal/spell damage so you can completely counteract memento's lifesteal problem.

 

I actually have counteracted memento's lifesteal with 2 jester rings & Charm of the vampire.

 

That's about nine times what I have in my bank in total. This is not a poor man's build, this is a discount expensive one

 

Btw, got a charm of the vampire lying around that I can buy? ;3

 

Like I said, people who are dirt poor but have items they can use can still do this

Why not use Rewind with high life steal to counter the memento -life steal? Then you won't have to use charm of the vampire. Besides, rewind seems to fit better.

 

Of course you can carry both. The Rewind is a good idea.
Then I would probably use a wider variety on powders on the Alazarin; having multiple elemental damages is great to have.

 

If they're able to afford the memento I think Aquarius could be better

 

What are the skill points??? I got a 3/4 mana regen third eye and a 3/4 mana regen seagazer :3
