you're going to need some dex/str boosting gear to have enough skill points to use the scorpio. The build does 1-1.5 melees at super fast attack speed with 1.2k neutral each.

It also has around 7k poison depending on ids

You could use virgo if you're evil enough ;).

 

i'm gonna be honest this seems more like a spell mage than a neutral mage

i was thinking of incorporating Third Eye and Stormy Amulet but wouldn't Dusty Amulet work better for my build concept?

Do you also have some other options for the pants? Mage can heal but I want to use this on my assasin and perhaps archer, which havnt got a heal spell.

the negative health regen doesn't do anything unless it's raw. They give lifesteals, so you should be fine.

Your vast mana and above-average neutral arsenal allows you to play a defensive role while damaging all enemies regardless of their defenses. You will have over 400 defense in all elements, up to 12/4s Mana Regen, over 450 raw health regen and 130% if you're lucky.

Skill Points:

This build requires you, after item boosts, to have at LEAST:

50 Str
50 Dex
68 Int
50 Def
50 Agi

The total skill points you have available at level 100 is 198. You need 268 to complete this build. You need at least 70 skill points to be provided by items.

The skill points provided by items are:

50 (Morph-Stardust)
35 (Vaward)
3 (Royal Stormy Amulet)

This totals to up to 88 skill points provided by items. You can switch a Concentration for a Prism if you do not have enough skill points.

Having 68 Int means you use mana at a 50.3% reduction, allowing you to cast all spells with half the cost. This combined with your mana regen allows you to alternate between any two spells of your arsenal endlessly.

It is best not to add any powders to Bonder, as it will hinder your neutral damage. But if you really want to have a Powder skill, the most effective for this build would be either Thunder or Air. Chain Strike allows you to damage enemies in masses, which is further boosted by the thunder damage buff by Morph-Stardust's 1/8 Set Bonus. Wind Prison (once it gets fixed) allows you to lock down mobs, greatly synergising with your playstyle of defensive-support.

Hmm... I'm assuming you want hp regen because itll help your hp go up in between heals, but tbh focusing on hp regen is pretty useless on mage. the only healing id I care about is life steal, and only on a melee mage.

Anyway, I'm thinking:

Third Eye (Duhhhh, third eye is babe)

FishScale (Nukes your defense, but the solid hp and the water % will give a massive boost to your heals)
or
Soulflare (Ik its level 99, but it has fantastic hp and is one of the few hp regen pieces that would actually fit in this set)

Seipodon (Again, the hp and water % will make your heals soar, but nukes your defense)
or
Veneer (For even more hp and a solid choice for defense. Notably doesn't have mana regen)

Statue (Because int mage can get away with it, and you need the hp/defense)


Moon Pool x 2 (Mana regen and int, but rip your defense)
or
Yang+Concentration (Better defense, offense)

Squid Anklet

Royal Stormy Amulet

Minimum-Choice (But max id per item) Mana Regen: 10/4 (You'll need to mix and match some, try and at least get 12-16/4)
(Same as above but for) +Int: 17 (Again, you want to play around with this, you want +29+ for the mana cost reductions)
Maximum -thunder defense: over -500 (YIKES)

But, high hp, high water%, high spell %, some hp regen, some +int, and lots o mana regen...

Weaponn... hmmm

Try yggsdrasil or magma chalice for their water damage/hp respectively. They also both deal pretty nice neutral. You might have issue with attack speeds
