    erhm.... It can be the second-best elemental defense chestplate in the game and the best for a single/double/triple-elemental defense.

    + it has way less skill point requirements like gravity

    It's very much not a glass cannon, dear sir. hell, apart for the possible powder special it literally has no offensive purpose.
