Why Does Not Having The Rp Derp The Game Out?

Yeah so what the title says. Whenever I don't have have Wynnpack on:

1. Derps out parties
2. Derps out chat once you try /class
3. It registers you as offline so people can't message you unless they are on the same server.
4. You're invisible to 90% of all players.

Also, whenever I do /hub or /server to get back, it continuously kicks me for flying over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again until I restart my PC.

Exactly my point? I only skimmed this thread, I'm not completely sure what's going on tbh

 

I've been playing without the resourcepack for the past few days and everything still works fine for me. Only issue is the spam telling me to turn the resource pack on.

 

Why don't you just turn the rp on
