Assassin/Ninja Help Rewind Build?

I recently found a Rewind and I want to use it. What's a good build around it? Thanks

But you should know that rewind does very little melee dmg

 

Wouldn't Third Eye be a lot better than Spectre in this build?

Booster Plate
Crystal
Thunderous Step
Raging Wind
Moon Pool
Vortex Bracer
Royal Cyclone

you get good melee damage, decent spell damage, decent life steal, great walk speed, decent spell spammability, decent mana regen, at the cost of shitty health and elemental defenses

 

I am currently using
Sequencer (spell damage and counteracts rewind's negative regen)
Seagazer (mana regen)
Clock Leggings (amazing for spell damage, and using spells makes us not give a crap about our attack speed tier)
Sodeta Boots (even more spell damage and mana)
3-Piece Jester Set (+200 flat spell damage set bonus)
Raging Wind (didn't know what to use in the second ring slot, so an extra jester might be nice)

Skill Points can be divided as you want, though I use just enough dexterity, strength, and defence to enable the jester bracelet, then I maxed out my intelligence and put the remaining points into agility.

This build capitalizes on Rewind's water damage, giving you good spell damage and amazing mana regen at the price of your melee being trash.
