    Any area around its level. I found one in the ocean near Pirate Town.

    You can also get a key from the VSS SeaSkipper, but its kinda rare, so make sure you have a crap ton of emmies with you

    @FlamingHunter I grind my Galleon's Graveyard keys in between Gelibord and the giant castle thing. The mobs that spawn there are shadow lurkers (lvl 61) dark knights (lvl 63) corrupted exucutioners (lvl 62) Doppelgangers (lvl 62) and rarely Galleon's Graveyard key guardians (lvl 63)
