Ice Borrow Dungeon, Can't Tp To The Boss Room

Hello, so I'm writing here to say that I can't seem to tp myself to the boss room in Ice Borrow Dungeon. The door is open, but there is no tp. I wasted 2 keys while doing it.
Can I ask if someone has the same problem? And can I get the keys back please? I lost them for nothing at the end.

I did it 2 time already, each time I can't tp, I change server but nothing. Is there somehing I can do at least? Like, I just wasted 2 keys for nothing?

 

Keys arent that hard to get try another dungeon

The problem is not about the cost of the key, but the time I spended in the dungeon, I did it with my lvl50 mage classes, spend bottles of manas (that cost quite a bit) and wasted my time on the parkour (I'm bad at it - 30minutes to do it x2). So when I think the time I used just to do the dungeon, for at the end, not even able to challenge the Boss... it make is upset :/
